Position Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all our digital platforms. This role requires a data-driven approach, creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Growth Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.

* Growth Mapping: Develop detailed growth maps to identify key opportunities, potential roadblocks, and actionable strategies for sustainable growth.

* Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

* Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to improve ROI and overall performance.

* A/B Testing: Design and implement rigorous A/B tests to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.

* Channel Management: Oversee and optimize multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

* Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize impact and ROI across all growth initiatives.

* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies with overall business objectives.

* Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

* Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and refine growth strategies.

* Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus

* 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving significant growth

* Extensive experience in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies across various digital channels

* Strong proficiency in growth mapping techniques and methodologies

* Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

* Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and other marketing automation platforms

* In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing

* Proven experience in managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
