The Role

Selectaglaze is looking for a strong, commercially minded Finance Controller to take ownership of the finance function and lead the development of robust processes, controls and reporting.
You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You will be the driving force behind the finance team, shaping workflows, strengthening controls, and providing insight that informs critical business decisions. Your leadership will ensure the business has the financial clarity and structure it needs to grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting
Provide accurate, insight-rich analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Build, refine and embed robust financial processes and internal controls
Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships
Oversee procurement governance and cost control
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
Champion systems improvements, automation and data integrity
Lead, coach and develop the finance team, fostering high standards and performance

We supply and fit our products in some of the country’s most prestigious buildings. The Person
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
Experience in a senior finance role, ideally within an SME
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Confident communicator with non-finance stakeholders
Knowledge of procurement governance and cost control
Practical, organised and detail focused
