Junior Digital / eLearning Content Designer
Hybrid | 12-month temporary assignment
We're recruiting a Junior Digital / eLearning Content Designer to support the creation and maintenance of engaging, accessible digital learning content within a busy, purpose-driven organisation.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, changing direction, or returning to work, who wants to build hands-on experience in digital learning design.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and developing digital learning modules and micro-learning content
- Building and updating materials using eLearning authoring tools
- Applying learning design principles to create clear, accessible content
- Collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts
- Reviewing and improving existing learning resources
About you:
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or similar)
- Understanding of SCORM and learning management systems
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to content
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Interest in inclusive and accessible digital learning
