Job Title: Senior IT Technician (Contract)

Location: Cirencester (on-site)

Rate: Up to £210 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 3 months

We’re looking for a Senior IT Technician to join a business in Cirencester on a 3-month contract. You’ll be providing on-site, hands-on support across Microsoft and Windows environments, working closely with end users and ensuring systems remain secure and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Microsoft and Windows environments

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site hardware, software, and network issues

Support end users with escalated technical problems

Maintain and configure devices, servers, and user accounts

Assist with system improvements and documentation

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong background in Microsoft and Windows technologies (AD, O365, Windows 10/11, server support)

Proven experience in on-site, hands-on IT support roles

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment


Contract Details:

Cirencester based – full on-site presence required

3-month contract, day rate up to £210
