Laser systems or optical engineering experience

Defence or complex systems exposure

Salary and rewards
Up to £53,000 plus company bonus up to £2,500

Contribute to design, integration and performance of laser systems

Solve technical challenges and optimise system performance

Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Influence requirements flow-down and systems proving

Skills and experience

Strong laser physics and optics knowledge

Systems engineering and requirements expertise

Technical mediation across stakeholders

Experience with complex Defence projects
