My client are a modern and progressive firm with an enviable reputation. They have a network of offices around Hampshire and Wiltshire which offer a full service offering to the local communities they serve and nationally, utilising the latest technology to deliver first class legal services.

The Private Client team in particular have grown to a very good size and the work they do is on an upward trajectory with HNW estates and trust work and alongside typical Wills and LPA's, more complex wealth planning. The team is anticipated to continue to grow over the next 12 months and this is an exciting time to get on board.

The role will see you manage and lead an experienced department and help individuals reach their potential, whilst ensuring excellent client care is delivered at all times. Alongside this you will drive the strategic vision for the team in terms of marketing and improving use of case management.

You will walk into a high quality caseload of predominantly estate administration. If you desire and have knowledge of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning, this work will also be available.

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 4PQE practicing in Wills, Probate and LPA's and the ability to supervise junior lawyers. Previous experience within a HoD role is not essential.

As you would expect with a role of this stature, there is a very generous package alongside flexible working arrangements such as hybrid working and part time hours if required.
