What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching and processing purchase orders (POs)
Performing supplier statement reconciliations
Managing and resolving supplier queries promptly
Setting up and preparing weekly payment runs
Processing employee expenses
Monitoring and maintaining the accounts payable inbox
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:

Previous experience in similar accounts payable or purchase ledger role
Ability to work in a high-volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach
Confident user of finance systems and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
