A creative and community-rooted secondary school in Dursley is seeking an Art Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join in September 2025. This full-time, permanent role supports expressive learning and individual exploration in art and visual culture.

Your Role
Plan conceptual and media-spanning art lessons; guide skill-building and reflective practice; support GCSE coursework and exhibitions; and reflect through ECT tasks, peer-teaches, and professional development.

You hold an Art-related degree and are on course for QTS by July 2025. You are reflective, adaptable, passionate and driven to elevate young artists. You welcome feedback and nurture creativity.
