Are you an experienced team leader looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Nights Team Leader to join our dynamic team based in LS10.

What's on offer:

Competitive salary - £32,000 per annum
4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
Consistent night shifts: 5:00 PM - 4:00 AMKey requirements:

Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role
FLT VNA license preferable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or production environmentResponsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the night shift team
Ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
Maintaining health and safety standards
Reporting to management on performance and any issuesLocation: LS10 (Leeds)
