Freelance M&E Project Manager - Manchester Based - £500/day

Rate: £500/day Limited (inclusive of travel and accommodation)

We're recruiting M&E Project Managers to deliver a series of Mechanical & Electrical projects across Manchester and the wider region. Projects are technically engaging and require a strong site presence.

You'll be expected on-site 3 to 4 days per week, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring smooth delivery in line with programme and budget.

Key Requirements:

Proven technical background in M&E or Building Services
Experience managing M&E projects on occupied sites
Knowledge of working with FM companies or within an FM-led environment is advantageous
Ideally based near Manchester or the North West
