Commercial Property Solicitor – Join a Legal 500 ranked London firm.

We are seeking a diligent, confident, and self motivated Solicitor to join a thriving Commercial Property team. Renowned for handling high quality matters and delivering exceptional client service, the team continues to grow in response to strong demand.

Key Requirements

* 4+ PQE preferred (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)

* Strong experience in commercial property matters, with some exposure to residential property

* Experience in bridging finance is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

You will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including:

* Acting for borrowers in refinancing transactions

* Granting and acquiring leases for both landlords and tenants

* Managing a broad portfolio of commercial property work in line with client expectations and firm standards
