Ideal Employment are currently recruiting for experienced Production Operatives for one of our clients in the surrounding areas of West Bromwich / Smethwick.

Duties of a Production Operative

* Working on machines, operating at a fast pace standard

* Quality checking products, ensuring that quality of the products are met up to standard

* Working within a cooking environment, following instruction manuals to make a finished product

* Learning how to operate filling machines

* Working as part of a team to achieve targets

* Packing and labelling products

Qualities of a production operative

* Must have good communication skills

* Be able to understand and read from instructions

* Organised and have good time management skills

* Eye for detail when checking quality of finished products

* Be willing to work overtime as and when needed

Day and Night shifts are available

Monday to Friday working hours however weekend working will be required at times
