KPI Recruiting are looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team, working from our client’s site, based in Wigan. 

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm

Day to day duties will include:

Integrating in to the operations of our client site and being the face of KPI Recruiting ltd.
Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuations
Liaising with the KPI Recruiting resourcing teams
Complete inductions and training for temporary employees within the sites agreed process
Evaluate and improve induction processes as and when needed
Oversee and support the onboarding process for temporary staff
Conduct regular check-ins with temporary staff
Arrange and lead engagement events for our temporary employees and client
Supervising temporary employees, monitoring time keeping and attendance
Coaching and guiding our temporary workers

Full driving license is required.
Experience building and maintaining relationships
