What You'll Be Doing ?

Keeping our equipment running at peak performance with proactive maintenance and repairs.
Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Leading changeovers, fault finding, and continuous improvement projects.
Using CMMS to plan preventative maintenance and reduce downtime.
Driving safety, quality, and sustainability across the facility.
Coaching and supporting teammates with your specialist skills.What You Bring

Engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (FMCG/food industry a big plus).
A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
