CAREER OPPORTUNITY - SALARY BETWEEN £60,000 TO £80,000, WEST MIDLANDS BASED RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS COMPANY, ESTIMATOR ROLE, CAREER PROGRESSION, UPCOMING NEGOTIATED & COMPETETIVE TENDERS, WITH POTENTIAL OF A HYBRID AGREEMENT

An opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join an West Midlands based Residential Groundworks company who have expanded their business and have continual growth. They are looking for an Estimator to join their Pre-construction team due to upcoming tenders and expansion of the business.

Duties:
• Analyse project drawing and specifications to prepare cost estimates
• Present detailed estimates to senior management
• Production of tender documentation
• Follow process from receipt to award of project

Requirements:
• Experience in estimating within residential groundworks is essential
• Have worked in pre-construction roles previously
• Expertise in materials, costs and construction methods
• Ability to commute to the Wolverhampton area

Remuneration:
• Between £60,000 and £80,000 p.a
• Car allowance / Company Car
