A Technical Compliance Manager role for a leading food manufacturer who are onboarding new customers. An exciting time to join the business as it expands, with a real opportunity for the right candidate to join and make the role their own.
The Role
As Technical Compliance Manager, you will:

Oversee and maintain the site’s food safety, legality, and quality management systems.
*
Lead and prepare for external audits including BRCGS, customer, and regulatory audits.
*
Help to manage internal audit schedules and drive continuous improvement actions.
*
Ensure effective document control, traceability, and supplier compliance systems.
*
Provide technical support to the wider team and coach on compliance best practices.
*
Lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints where required.
The Candidate
The successful Technical Compliance Manager will have:
*
Experience in a food manufacturing technical/compliance role.
*
Proven success supporting or leading technical audits and internal compliance functions.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
