Overview:
A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their friendly, tight-knit team of 7. This role involves maintaining and supporting 35-40 machines on site in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Candidates from any manufacturing background are welcome. The 17th/18th Edition qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair electrical machinery across the site
Support colleagues during holiday cover and shift changes
Work safely and collaboratively within the team
Apply practical problem-solving skills to keep production running smoothly
Contribute to process improvements and machine efficiencySkills & Competencies:

Electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns
Good communication skills in English
