Arden White is working with a leading aviation maintenance organisation seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to join a fast-paced, safety-critical environment at RAF Brize Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and career-focused individual to contribute to the safe, compliant and on-time delivery of paint-related maintenance tasks on operational aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out aircraft paint tasks in accordance with approved technical documentation

• Ensure accurate task booking and material traceability

• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and COSHH compliance

• Support team activities to deliver aircraft maintenance on schedule

• Assist with AOG or offsite support when required

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ aircraft painting experience (or comparable industry experience)

OR recognised aircraft paint apprenticeship plus 12 months aircraft experience

• Strong awareness of aviation safety standards

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Desirable Experience:

• Experience within a military or high-compliance MRO environment

• Knowledge of aviation safety management systems

• Previous experience working on large commercial or military aircraft
