Occupational Therapist

Location: Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 9+ Months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a wider team to serve a diverse group of service users across rural, town, village, and town settings.

Supervise a small group of Occupational Therapy staff and handle a small caseload of complex cases.

Encourage specialization in areas such as Moving and Handling, Adaptations, Technology Enabled Living, and Equipment.

Act as Clinical Lead for the Community Equipment Store.

Manage daily referral inquiries and undertake audits.

Attend regular stakeholder meetings.

Mentor staff and students, manage performance, and uphold professional and organizational standards.

Champion key professional specialisms.

Person Specification
