Finance Business Partner – Food Manufacturing

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

A leading food manufacturing business is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work closely with operational teams, supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

* Analyse financial data and KPIs to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.

* Support preparation of financial presentations for senior management, including variance analysis.

* Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial standards and regulations.

* Act as a trusted business partner, providing financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders.

* Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and process improvements.

* Support financial training to enhance financial literacy across the organisation.

Requirements

* Part- or fully-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with 2+ years’ relevant experience.

* Experience in management accounting and business partnering, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

* Commercial awareness and business acumen.

* ERP system experience and strong Excel skills.

* Excellent time management and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
