Salary: £50–55K
OTE: £80–90K

We’re looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead a busy, well-established site in Daventry. This role is perfect for someone who can drive performance, maintain high repair standards, and motivate a strong team.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing daily bodyshop operations and workflow

*

Leading the team to achieve quality, efficiency, and productivity targets

*

Managing customer and work provider relationships

*

Ensuring estimates, compliance, and documentation are completed correctly

*

Driving continuous improvements across the site

What you’ll need:

*

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up)

*

Strong knowledge of bodyshop processes and estimating

*

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team

*

Confident communicator, customer-focused, quality-driven

What’s on offer:

£50–55K basic (flex to <£60K)

Quarterly bonuses – OTE around £80–90K
