Due to continued expansion, the business is strengthening its Gas Team, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled Gas Engineer to join a forward-thinking and supportive organisation with long-term stability.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality gas servicing and maintenance across occupied social housing properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Servicing, repairing, and maintaining domestic gas appliances including boilers, cookers, and gas fires

*

Carrying out annual gas safety checks in occupied properties

*

Fault finding and attending breakdowns efficiently and safely

*

Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations

*

Accurately completing job sheets, certificates, and compliance documentation

*

Providing a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service to tenants

*

Managing your own workload and daily appointments independently

What We’re Looking For

*

ACS Gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience working on domestic gas appliances

*

Previous experience within social housing or domestic environments (preferred)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong understanding of gas safety, compliance, and industry standards

*

Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
