We are looking for a proactive and engaged People Team Admin who can provide essential administrative support to the People Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People Team Administrator to support our recruitment and onboarding efforts, as well as contribute to a positive workplace through general HR administration and employee relations support. This is a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our candidates and team members alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support hiring managers through the recruitment process, maintaining clear timelines and documentation.
Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.

* People Team and Employee Relation s Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS.
Support with day-to-day people team admin tasks such as document management, data entry, and compliance checks.
Assist with reporting and tracking key people metrics.
* Employee Relations Support
Support the People Relations Manager in handling employee relations cases, taking notes, organising meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting engagement initiatives and team communications.
