Role Overview:
As a Senior Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out both internal and external smart repairs, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across all work. You’ll need to be confident working independently on all aspects of smart repair and capable of delivering first-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of internal and external smart repairs

Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company standards

Accurately assess damage and determine repair methods

*

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

*

Support junior team members where required

*

Meet performance targets and adhere to health & safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in smart repair (internal and external)

High attention to detail and pride in your work

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently and independently

*

Full UK driving licence preferred
