The demand planner is responsible for analysing the demand forecast to drive forecast accuracy against an agreed set of KPIs for key customer accounts.

Description
Own and understand the total baseline company forecast over a rolling horizon of 12 months.
Drive forecast accuracy KPIs for customer accounts. Challenge the sales forecast to drive improved accuracy, identifying root cause and corrective actions at SKU level.
Generate timely and accurate sku level demand plans for all product categories for customer accounts on a weekly/monthly/promotional basis.
Coordinate All Menu change activity as the link between Sales and Supply to ensure robust entry and exact plans in place with specific focus on exact timings and plan to ensure minimal excess stock at the point of exit.
Monitor Customer Level Drop offs and unexpected increases challenge directly with customer or with account manager at earliest opportunity.Profile
+3 years' experience in forecasting/demand planning roles in the Food/FMCG industry.
Advanced Excel knowledge and capabilities.
Good organisation skills, ability to communicate effectively and to work under fast-paced environments.
Experience managing PowerBI and Planning systems would be ideal.Job Offer
