Remedicare are looking for an experienced Home Manager who will support our residents and staff to maintain our lovely 15-bedded residential home in Brighton.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000

* Residential home rated as 'Good' on CQC.

*

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Elderly clients

15 service users

Requirements for a Registered Home Manager role:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Home Manager in a Residential or Nursing Home within the UK (essential)

*

NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care (essential)

*

Good CQC Track Record

*

CQC Registered

*

Full right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Home Manager:

Manage day to day activity and operations of the home, providing strong and supportive leadership

*

Oversee recruitment, supervision and development of staff

*

Ensure the home meets all CQC requirements

*

Promote and implement safeguarding policies to protect residents from harm

*

Manage the home's budget, expenditure and financial records
