About the Role:
Prospero Teaching are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to work on a supply basis across a variety of SEN schools, supporting pupils with needs including:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
ADHD
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
Physical Disabilities and Complex Needs
Youll step into different settings, bring positivity and structure, and adapt quickly to the unique needs of each child and class.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs
Assisting with classroom learning and encouraging pupil independence
Supporting with personal care or therapy activities (where required)
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff
What Were Looking For:

A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
Experience in an SEN environment (or a strong willingness to learn)
Flexibility and adaptability no two days will be the same!
A calm, nurturing and patient approach
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or equivalent (preferred)
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
