Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading Manufacturing company in Millbrook Southampton. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Team Leader role:
Complaints Handling, Including Non-Conformances: Corrective & Preventative Actions
BRC Compliance (this is important – for the right person we would send them on a course to train for the accreditation!)
Ensure business documentation is up to date including H&S, Fire & personnel records
Gov Declarations
Stock Control
Purchasing
Invoicing
Manage small customer service/admin team along with providing excellent customer service
Requirements for this Customer Service Team Leader role:
Sage experience
Team Player
Organised and self-efficient
Experience in a similar role
The role:
This is a permanent position
Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break
£28,000 however this is negotiable plus annual bonus
