Fleet Co-ordinator

Contract: 6 months

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:45pm (Hybrid working)

About the Role

We are looking for a Fleet Tender Co-ordinator to join a busy Fleet Tender team on a 6-month contract. This role is key in coordinating information across multiple departments to support vehicle sales tenders across Europe, as well as preparing International Framework Agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills to play a pivotal role in supporting European-wide fleet sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process tenders and RFPs from Account Managers, sales centres, and leasing companies across Europe.

Gather, consolidate, and prepare information from internal departments (pricing, warranty, maintenance, CO2/environment, safety, etc.) for tender submissions.

Analyse product pricing and specifications.

Manage online tender/portal submissions.

Draft and prepare International Framework Agreements and amendment documents.

Create professional presentations to support Account Managers and tender responses.

Maintain and develop global databases, reports, and the tender library.

Manage the tender inbox and update the tender tracker.

Coordinate agreement signatures and retention processes.

Compile market notes for signed agreements and assist in producing reports for the Fleet & Rental Manager.

Support with additional duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in tenders (ideally within the automotive industry).

Experience in agreement drafting preferred.

Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Proven analytical and reporting skills.

Financial and numeracy skills with the ability to work with large data sets.

Ability to interpret and consolidate information from various sources.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
