About You:

3+ years of production or manufacturing management experience (timber frame or construction a plus!)
A natural motivator who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Expert in health & safety, people management, and performance coaching
Confident managing large teams and multiple production lines
Ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever needed
Constantly looking for ways to improve quality, efficiency, and team morale

The Role:

Launch and lead a brand-new afternoon production shift
Manage over 100 operatives across automated and manual lines
Drive quality, safety, and productivity across the floor
Collaborate with planning, engineering, and other shift leads
Keep things running smoothly - from material supply to team performance
Build a skilled, motivated team and a positive, can-do culture
Spot and solve problems before they impact deadlines
Champion continuous improvement and 'right first time' standards
