Support Worker – Rhos Cottage, Swansea
Full Time | £12.60–£12.80 per hour | 39 hours per week Plus Sleep Ins

What you’ll do:

Support young people’s emotional and physical wellbeing, including personal care.
Be a positive role model and promote independence.
Get involved in fun, active pursuits like football, fishing, and outdoor adventures.
Help take children to and from school and activities using company vehicles.
Keep accurate records and help maintain a warm, supportive home.What you’ll need:

A caring nature, resilience, and great communication.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting young people with transport to school, appointments, and activities.
The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).
