⭐ About the Role:

As a Waking Night Carer, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care during the night, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable at all times. You will monitor and assist residents throughout the night, manage care needs sensitively and efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Experience in a care home setting working with elderly residents is essential

A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is preferable

A kind, calm, and professional approach to care, especially in night-time settings
