An award-winning, specialist boutique law firm is seeking a Temporary Legal PA to join its high-performing Commercial department in London.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Legal PA to provide dedicated support to teams within the firm's Commercial department. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and maintaining exceptional client service standards.
Duties will include:
Providing proactive diary management for internal and external meetings, including liaison with clients and third parties
Amending documents with track changes, creating compares, and formatting to house style
Managing general administrative and secretarial tasks such as raising invoices, opening and closing files, sending DocuSigns, filing (both electronic and physical), archiving, photocopying, and scanning
Using the document management system to compile, store, and retrieve documents and correspondence efficiently
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and assisting in maintaining strong client relationshipsRequirements
At least 2 years' Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience within a law firm
Typing speed of 65 wpm
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, and effective time management skills
Highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, document management systems, and digital dictation software
CILEX qualification or study is desirable but not essentialThis Temporary Legal PA position is a full time, temporary role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm for 6 weeks.
