Quantity Surveyor – Ventilation + Ductwork

Location: Bermondsey, Greater London

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Duration: Full time/Permanent ( Office based)

Responsibilities

* Reviewing contracts

* Reports/budget reports

* Finical tasks

* Advising the site management teams

* Assign work to contractors ( overseeing their work)

* Any areas of issues

* Estimating/managing costs

* Dealing with contractual and legal matters

Salary & Benefits

* £50,000-£60,000 per annum- depending on experience

* Other benefits to be negotiated on interview

Skills required

* Experience in Ductwork

* 3-5 years in Quantity Surveying

* Good finance knowledge

* Experience/ Knowledge in Ventilation
