We are looking for a Customer Service Exec to help support our continued growth and bolster our busy CS department.

Role purpose

* To process customer orders

* Ensure that the correct finance documents are in place ensuring that the customer receives the correct the vehicle

* Ensure that customer queries are resolved in line with service level agreements

* Taking a proactive approach to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible to the customer’s satisfaction.

* Consistently monitoring the funder systems and promptly responding to ensure there are no unnecessary delays, including maintaining regular contact with the dealership throughout the
