Aston House is a small, family-run mental health care home in Herefordshire. We’re looking for a confident, compassionate, and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who leads by example and thrives in a supportive, people-focused environment.

Shifts (4 per week):

Morning: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Afternoon: 2:30pm – 9:30pm

Possible sleep shift depending on staffing needs

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience in a senior/supervisory role within a mental health care setting (essential)

-Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

-Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

-Good spoken and written English

-A reliable, supportive attitude with a passion for helping others

-Solid understanding of mental health and recovery-focused approaches

-Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain a calm, professional presence
