Day Rate: ~£400 per day

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a major cleanroom construction project within a cutting-edge semiconductor facility in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a highly regulated, high-tech environment on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Support mechanical installation works on a complex cleanroom construction project.
Oversee and coordinate piping, building services, and AHU (Air Handling Unit) installations.
Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical expertise throughout construction, commissioning, and handover phases.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in mechanical construction within highly regulated sectors (e.g. life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data centre, or similar).
Proven experience working on cleanroom, HVAC, or building services installations.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems including piping, ductwork, AHUs, and general building services packages.
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced project environment.
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
