Roles & Responsibilities:

As a TeacherActive Qualified Teacher, you’ll be:

Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following the school’s curriculum and schemes of work.

Adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can achieve their potential.

Managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.

Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement and development.

Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a positive learning experience.

Contributing to the wider life of the school — from extra-curricular activities to pastoral support.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – all subject specialisms welcome

Experience teaching in a UK secondary school (KS3–KS4)

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning
