Streamline are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy fashion fulfilment operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, including managing staff, inventory control, order fulfilment and health & safety compliance.

As a Warehouse Supervisor will play a vital role in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

The successful candidate must have proven experience within a fulfilment or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and communicate a clear leadership vision to Team Leaders and operational staff

*

Ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time

*

Maintain a safe and secure working environment in line with health & safety standards

*

Coach, motivate and supervise the warehouse team

*

Manage warehouse security

*

Conduct daily team briefings to communicate workload, allocate tasks and share business updates

*

Hold regular meetings with customers

*

Monitor, review and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs)

Skills & Experience:

*

Minimum of 5 years’ supervisor or management experience, ideally within a fulfilment warehouse environment

*

Proven experience across logistics operations, including warehousing and inventory management

*

Strong verbal and written communication skills

*

IT literate, with experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows and Warehouse Management Systems

*

Excellent personal and professional time management skills

*

Ability to prioritise workload independently

*

Strong health & safety awareness and experience promoting safe working practices

*

Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and customers

*

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure

*

Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

*

Comfortable working closely with customers on a day-to-day basis
