Alexander Steele continue to work in partnershp with this market leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester who have grown consistently year on year for the last 5 years with growth projected to continue for the next 5 years.

Due to the ongoing success the business and an ongoing project, they now require a high performing Production Shift Supervisor to join the production team with a starting salary of £45k for a 12-14 month FTC with a high probablity of this becoming a permanent role.

This will invlove an initial teams interview followed by an onsite factory tour & competency based interview and can offer an immediate start.

You will work 5 days out of 7 and rotate early, afternoon and night shifts every two weeks.

What we are looking for:

* This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful building with a fantastic working culture and we are looking for a highly driven individual with experience in Food Manufacturing.

* You must have a good level of people management experience within Production Management for UK Food Manufacturers

* Knowledge of C.I/Lean would be desireable
