Technical Quality Engineer needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

Develop and ensure quality control strategies in line with the Project Management Plan and quality plans.
Support and advise project teams (design and fabrication) on quality management systems and implementation.
Guide and monitor contractors and sub-suppliers on compliance with the client's quality requirements.
Ensure delivery and review of pre-fabrication and as-built documentation.
Coordinate and communicate quality initiatives across internal teams and contractors.
Oversee contractor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and technical query (TQ) management.Requirements:

Background in fabrication of steel components (ideally offshore wind / heavy industry).
Relevant quality management training (ISO 9000, APQP, etc.).
Strong experience in quality assurance/control and project processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Team player with LEAN mindset and international collaboration experience.
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Full driving licence; must live within 1 hour of Middlesbrough site
