Main duties:
To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.

The Role:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email providing outstanding customer service
- Be responsible for order processing recording data accurately
- Identify customer needs and upsell products when appropriate
- Support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.
- Proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Co-ordinate with the warehouse ensuring timely dispatch of goods
- Administrative duties as needed

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
- Previous experience in customer service or in an administrative role beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive and dynamic
