4 day week - Monday to Thursday Only

Permanent role after 13 weeks probation.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience using power tools. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and products using both hand tools and power tools, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

* Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and drawings.

* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks such as Drivers, Wrenches, Grinders, Combi Drills etc.

* Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.

* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

* Work with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.

* Report any defects or issues with materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.

Skills

* Team working ability

* Reading technical drawings.

* Experience of Power Tool experience a must.

Shifts

* Monday to Thursday only. 40 hours per week

* Shifts are 6.30am to 5pm

Pay

* £12.21 per hour for the first 13 weeks.

* After 13 weeks, £13.50 per hour plus a £65 attendance bonus.
