We are currently working in partnership with a highly respected multi-disciplinary law firm based in the heart of Leicester, who are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.

About the Firm:

With a strong reputation in residential and commercial property law, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand their conveyancing team.

The Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. You will be supported by a knowledgeable team of legal professionals and administrative staff, working in a modern office with access to up-to-date case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions

* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors

* Ensure all legal documentation is correctly prepared and processed

* Deliver an excellent standard of client care

* Work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture

About You:

* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner

* Proven track record in managing a busy residential caseload

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work efficiently and accurately to deadlines

* A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
