About the Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning. You’ll be delivering pre-planned lessons, working with small groups, and occasionally stepping in for teacher absence. Your ability to engage, motivate, and support pupils of varying needs will help shape their success.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering lessons across Key Stages in line with teacher planning
Supporting pupils with differentiated work to suit their learning needs
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Assisting with assessments and feedback
Providing 1:1 and small group intervention sessions
Requirements:
HLTA status (or relevant Level 4 qualification or equivalent)
Previous experience in a UK classroom setting
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A proactive, flexible, and confident approach to teaching support
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through us)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
