The Opportunity

A well-regarded primary school in Blackpool is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher who can bring stability, enthusiasm and high-quality teaching to their Lower KS2 team. This role offers a warm, supportive environment and genuine long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Year 3 class with confidence and creativity
Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons across KS2
Plan, mark and assess in line with school expectations
Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Contribute to the wider life of the school community

What You'll Need

QTS (applications from ECTs are strongly encouraged)
A calm, consistent approach to behaviour
Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
