As a Repairs Team Leader, you will be:

Leading and supervising operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance works.
Managing daily workloads, productivity, and performance across the team.
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Acting as a key point of contact between operatives, subcontractors, and management.
Supporting continuous improvement across repairs services and site operations.
We'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Proven experience within repairs, maintenance, or construction environments.
Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and site standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Social housing experience (desirable but not essential).
Qualifications:

A valid CSCS card or a Level 3 construction-related qualification (essential).
Additional trade or supervisory qualifications would be advantageous.
