Job Title: Parts Advisor

Location: Northampton
Salary: £26,500-£32,000
Monday to Friday / There will be 1 in 3 Saturday shifts

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Vehicle Parts Advisors for our client in Northampton. We are looking for someone passionate about vehicles and customer service.

The duties:

Co-ordinate with trade customers on their parts enquiries
Deliver an aftersales experience to customers to the highest possible standard
Co-ordinate effecitvely with the Aftersales team to ensure that any information on the status of a service is communicated to the customers
Carry out parts stock takes regualrly and order parts when required
Ensure all services documentations are completed and align with the company governing standards
About you:

You must have a passion for vehicles and outstanding customer service. The Aftersales Manager takes pride in the service figures that they currently work to.
It is essential that you have worked in the automotive industry before. This can be on cars or vans.
Strong attention to detail
Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression pathway in place
Must have a UK Driving licence.
