Restaurant Manager – 6425
Location: London
Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends and event days
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + annual bonus
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead operations across two premium hospitality sites.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in high-volume food and beverage operations who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations including event planning, live service, and breakdown
*
Lead and inspire teams across two venues to consistently deliver outstanding service
*
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
*
Work closely with senior managers to drive revenue, manage costs, and meet business targets
*
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on professionalism and enthusiasm
*
Liaise with suppliers, chefs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery
*
Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
*
Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service standards
Key Skills of a Restaurant Manager:

Proven leadership experience in food and beverage roles within hospitality or events
*
Ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining exceptional standards
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to problem solving
*
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to motivate teams across multiple locations
