Sales and Service Engineer Co-ordinator

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Sales and Service Engineer Co-ordinator to work for a manufacturer based in Wooburn Green.

Permanent

£27k - £29k per annum

Monday to Friday

8am – 5pm (paid stay away if required)

Pool car available if visiting customer sites

Duties of the Sales and Service Engineer Co-ordinator:

• Services existing customer accounts as project co-ordinator who makes sure job is ready for when fitting machines -  including adhoc UK site visits.  

• Obtains orders.

• Establishes new customer accounts.

• Quotes for jobs.

• Enters sales orders and monitors customer jobs - Small Sales.  Learn from bottom up.   Can also do external sales for small jobs.  i.e customer wants to move a machine etc..

• Organise service jobs - Looks after the services and repeat visits.  Liaise with Office Admin & Service Engineers.

• Competent use of Office 365 and AutoCAD etc (although training can be given). 

• Liaise with Office Admin.          

• Liaise with WWC Production Manager to cover backup for Production.

Requirements of the Sales and Service Engineer Co-ordinator:

Driving licence preferably clean.

Good interpersonal skills.

Able to work under own initiative.

Happy to get hands dirty – can be oily and greasy in the production department.

Can do attitude.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong excel skills
